Jet Charter Sales Representative

Aviation Charters is seeking to hire a highly motivated sales professionals for our Trenton Mercer Airport NJ location.  The primary responsibility of our Jet Charter Sales Representative is to determine the specific needs of each customer, generate pricing on appropriate aircraft, and tailor a bespoke experience for each flight.  

The position entails:

Establishing and maintain a portfolio of clients through means of networking, cold calling, referrals, partnerships, and content marketing
Managing trips from initial charter request to post flight follow up
Obtaining and generating quotes based on unique customer preferences
Communicating and building strong relationships with customers, pilots, vendors, and other brokers
Flight following and logistical coordination
Coordinating trips with relevant authorities (operators, customs, FBO’s, etc.)
Ability to work and problem solve independently 
Work schedule flexibility as needed including weekend and after hours
